We want you to be completely satisfied with your SamaanWala.pk purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange unused merchandise in original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
1. Complete the Return Form
Please download and fill out our Return & Exchange Form and include it inside your return package. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.
Ensure the item(s) you’re returning are securely packed along with the completed return form.
2. Ship the Item Back
Send your package via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) to the return address provided by our support team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Important Details
Proof of Purchase
Please include a copy of your invoice and briefly mention the reason for return or exchange on the form.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
